Hey guys, I am back again today with another great review. This time it is for a new-to-me brand called Sinister Benediction. Their shop opened on October 31, 2012. She sells both glitter polishes and color shifting/multichrome polishes.
I am lucky to be reviewing for her one of her new polishes from her The Big Adventure collection. This collection is based off the film Pee Wee's Big Adventure, which I love the show the movie is based off of. The name of this polish is called Spearmint or Fruit. She describes the polish and how the name came to be as follows:
"Pee Wee’s convinced Francis stole his bike. In a fit of revenge that
resembles playground antics in a bathtub that resembles an indoor
swimming pool, Pee Wee confronts his nemesis — only to get caught by
Francis’ father. As a peace offering, Pee Wee offers them their choice
of gum: spearmint or fruit. Then he beats a hasty retreat before the
punchline breaks loose.
Spearmint or Fruit is a semi-matte mint
crelly polish filled with pale yellow, aqua, pink, and black matte
glitters and a tiny bit of shimmer."
I liked the sheer base that was in the polish, so I decided to paint it on my nails alone, with no undies. I used three coats to build up the base. It went on well and removed decently. The glitter buildup was fantastic, I really got a ton to go on and didn't have to place a single piece!
This shot was taken with my digital camera. I know, rare time it wanted to take a half decent picture!
That's all I have to show you guys today. Sinister Benediction polishes can be purchased on their Etsy page and you can visit them on their Facebook page. Their glitter and color shifting polishes cost $9 and their multichromes cost $12.
Thanks for checking out my review guys, talk to you all later. Bye!
