Leesha's Lacquer:Very Spoopy and Dia De Los Muertos Collections

*Products Sent for Review

Hey guys!

I am back today with some more of yours and my favorite, Leesha's Lacquer!

I have, albeit a bit late, her Halloween collection polishes! These come from her two Halloween collections from this year, Very Spoopy and Dia De Los Muertos.

I have seven polishes up to show you guys. Here is a preview of the lovelies!

The first one that I have up to show you is called Doing Me A Frighten, from her Very Spoopy collection. It is a mustard yellow holo with a bit of flakies throughout. I did three coats by itself. It came out a lot more yellow with my camera. Application was great.

Next up, this one is called P Spoopy, from her Very Spoopy collection. It is just lik the first one, but an orange holo with flakies.I did three coats by itself. This one is a bit of a darker orange. On her Etsy this is supposed to be a thermal that goes from yellow to orange. Application was great.

This next one is one of my favorites from the Very Spoopy collection. It is called 3SPOOPY5ME. This is a thermal that changes from purple to blue. It looks purple in the bottle and blue shifts in the light. It is a holo filled with flakies. I did three  coats by itself. Application was great. I really like colors like this, where it is between a purple and blue.

This next one is called Ow, Oof, My Bones, from the Very Spoopy collection. This is a turquoise holo. I did three coats by itself. Application was great on this one. I really love this color, it has a lot of holo glitter and it shows a lot in the picture.

The next two that I have to show you are from her Dia De Los Muertos collection. This first one is  called Celebrando y Bailando. It is described as a denim blue flakie on her Etsy, with holo particles. I did three coats by myself. This is such a pretty color. It isn't described as a texture polish but when I applied it, it had a little bit of a texture.

The second one I have from the Dia De Los Muertos collection is called Copal. It is a grey, leaning towards black holo flakie. On her Etsy she calls it black, in the bottle it looks like a greenish grey, and in pictures it looks closer to black. You can decide for yourself what color you think it is! I did three coats by myself. Application was great.

Last up, this is the fifth and final polish of the Very Spoopy collection. This is called Spooky Scary Skeletons. This one is also a black holo flakie. It has rainbow holo glitter that can appear purple in the light. I did three coats by itself. Application was great.

I love these polishes. It really shows off Halloween and the Day of the Dead. Green, orange, blue, black, all colors I associate with Halloween and the fall. Pumpkins, leaves, vampires, bats, all of that stuff. I think even for it being closer to Christmas than Halloween, these polishes would be great anyways and anytime of the year. They are still on sale in her shop for $4 for minis and $8 for full size.

Well, I hope you guys enjoyed this post. I will talk to you all later, bye!

Polish Haul: LA Colors, Plus Something Extra

*Products Purchased By Me

Hey guys!

I am back today with something I haven't done in quite a long time, a haul post.

I bought this a couple weeks ago at Ross and thought it was so neat and cute that I really wanted to show you guys!

I would have thought I had everything that I liked and knew about from the brand LA Colors, but I was wrong. They came out with this huge set of 18 mini polishes, all metallic, and it is just amazing. They also had a version in nude colors, but I am a girl that likes funky, bright colors so this one appealed more to me.

The name of this set is Metallic Nail Tastic, and like I said it comes with 18 metallic colors and some glitter toppers.

I love the back of this set, it has cutout finger nails that show the colors of the bottles in the box, along with the names.

My favorites from this set are Mermaid Splash, Blue Galaxy, Into the Ocean, and Pearls. This shot will give you a better look at all of the colors.

Here is a front shot of the polish bottles but you can see the colors better in the above shot of them backwards.

This set sells for $11.99 in Ross and is said to retail for $20, but wouldn't be surprised if it goes for $30 in other stores.

Something else I wanted to show you guys was this powder brush that I picked up from Marshalls. This is from the brand Cala, and it cost $4.99

It is meant to look like a unicorn horn and is done using the colors of a unicorn. I am very big into unicorns and rainbow colors so this was perfect for me. You can also find brushes like this at Ross and TJMaxx, along with Amazon and Sephora.

Well, that's all I have to show you guys. I hope you enjoyed the haul and let me know what you think in the comments. Also if you have a haul that you would like to show me, if any of you recently purchased a big polish set, I would love to see it.

I will talk to all of you guys later, bye!

CND:Creative Play Mini Set

*Products Purchased By Myself

Hey guys!

I am back today with some cute little polishes that I picked up after work at Ross.

These all came in a set together, and are from the salon brand, CND. These all come from a set called Creative Play, and are mini polishes.

Here is a group shot:

The first one that I have up to show you is called Read My Tulips. This is a pink that is between light and medium. It is a creme, and isn't too thick. I did three coats by itself. Application was great, went on well with hardly any mess.

Next up, this one is called Got A Light. This is a foggy-clear glitter topper with circle and flakie micro and small glitter. The glitter flashes pink and blue. I did two coats by itself. Application was great, I didn't have to fish for glitter in this.

This next one is called I Blanked Out. It is your typical stark white creme. I did three coats by itself. Application as great, although it pooled a little in the cuticles.

Next, this one I applied on top of I Blanked Out, and it is called Kiss + Teal. This is a glitter topper filled with micro silver glitter and small blue glitter. I did two coats by itself. While this isn't a revolutionary polish, we have all seen this time and time again,I do think it is really pretty over the white in this set.

Last up, this one is called Glittabulous. This is another glitter topper filled with small and medium blue, gold, silver, green, red, and pink glitter. I didn't want to repeat base colors, plus I thought neither of them really went with this glitter topper, so I decided to show it without a base. I did three coats by itself. Application wasn't the best on this one as I had to fish out glitter to fill in empty spots.

When I saw this in the store, I thought it was so cute. While none of these colors are super unique, they are very pretty and give a good range of colors. If you want a set that you have a little bit of everything in, in my opinion this falls into that category.

You might be able to pick this up at your local Ross, for $4.99 or less.

Well, that's all I have for you guys for now. I will talk to you all later, bye!

Leesha's Lacquer: Metallic Holographic

*Products Sent To Me

Hey guys!

Today I am back with some more Leesha's Lacquer polishes.

These polishes were ones I swatched before I came out here to Houston. I had them for a while, and there were a few more that I was gonna swatch before posting them all, but I didn't bring any of the polishes with me so I figured I would show you guys all that I had done anyways.

The usual program I use to make my group polish collages, well, it isn't free anymore and the other one I changed to doesn't have a layout for four polishes, so my layout is a bit different this time.

Here are the polishes I have to show you:

The first one I have to show you is a shimmer topper. It is white filled with scattered holographic particles. I did three coats by itself. This color would be best over another color like baby blue, baby pink, or black. Application was great.

The next one I have up to show you is a medium metallic pink. It has scattered holographic particles throughout, though very subtle. I did three coats by itself. This color is very pretty. I have seen others like this before but I love how it has a subtle hint of gold with the holo flakes when in the light. Application was great.

Third up, this next one is my favorite. This is a metallic rose gold with holographic shimmer. Depending on the light, it can appear either more gold or more pink. My camera was able to capture it a bit in the middle. I did three coats by itself. Application was great.

The last one I have to show you guys is the boldest of the bunch, in my opinion. This is a super metallic silver filled with holographic particles. I did three coats by itself. Application was great. This one goes on and covers well, giving your nails the look of actual metal or aluminum.

Winter is coming up, and I think these colors actually could work really well if you are planning a winter themed mani. The white holographic shimmer is great as the color of snow, and the silver reminds me of silver bells.

Well, that's all I have for you guys for now. I hope you guys enjoyed it all. I will talk to you all later, bye!

China Glaze: My Little Pony Minis

*Products Purchased By Me

Hey guys!

I am back today with some swatches finally. What I have to show you guys is the first nail polishes that I have purchased while being here in Houston. I have since bought a bunch more, but these were the first I decided to buy.

I went to Sally Beauty last month cause I was looking for a nail treatment. My nails kept breaking at work while working on the register. I didn't manage to find any nail treatments that I felt were in my price range, but I found a case coat, top coat, and these two lovely little polishes I have to show you guys today.

These are from China Glaze's My Little Pony Collection. I assume like a number of their collections, these come in both full size and minis. I have the mini versions of two polishes from this collection for you guys to see.

The first one that I have to show you guys is called Let Your Twilight Sparkle. This is a shimmer duochrome topper. It is very thin and sheer and flashes blue and purple depending on the light. I did three coats by itself, though it could have used a base color. I suggest baby blue, lavender, baby pink, or white with this color. Application was great.

The second color that I have to show you is another shimmer topper. This one is called Hay Girl Hay!. It is a white holo shimmer topcoat that flashes gold in the light. On my camera, it even appeared a bit pink, but in person it is more gold. I did three coats by itself. I suggest this color over rose gold, white, light gold, or even baby pink. Application was great.

While these aren't super innovative shades and stuff I have seen before, I do think these are very pretty and represent My Little Pony. My Little Pony is all about color and sparkle and these have both of those things and more. I don't remember what other shades they had in this collection, but if they are anything like these, then I suggest you pick them all up!

Well, that's all I have for you guys for now. I will talk to you all later, bye!

Halloween Nail Giveaway!

*Products Purchased By Me

Hey guys!

I have decided to get back into blogging after being away for two months.

I thought the best way to restart my blog would be with a fun giveaway.

This is a Halloween giveaway, which begins today on Halloween, of course! It would have been better if I started it earlier, but I didn't have time to gather all of the stuff I wanted to giveaway until today.

I just recently moved, and where I used to live, we never had dollar stores. I am right next to a Dollar Tree where I am staying. I enjoy going in there for snacks and makeup and other fun things.

I noticed when I was in there last week that they had a display of LA Colors and Sassy + Chic Halloween and glow in the dark nails and nail polish. I thought that would be so much fun to do a giveaway with.

By the time I was able to get around to going back for a second time to Dollar Tree, they didn't have much left. I was able to get a full set of LA Colors, 3/4th set of Sassy + Chic, and a couple LA Colors polishes.. I think you guys will still enjoy trying to win these. They are good not just for Halloween, but for any time.

This is going to be short, and I will send it out on Friday, cause it is the only day after Thursday that I have off to be able to go to the post office.

The first prize I have to giveaway is L.A. Colors ’Enchanted" Artificial Nails in Cursed, Stranger, Screamin’, and Psych, plus nail glue, all for one winner.

The second prize I have to give out is Sassy + Chic Glow in the Dark False Nails in Pink, Blue, and Purple, plus nail glue.

The third and final prize I have to giveaway, two L.A. Colors "Glows" Color Craze nail polishes in Ionize and Fluorescent.

The giveaway starts now and ends at midnight on the third. Enter to win through the Rafflecopter here. I made it super simple, just three tasks.

Wet n Wild: One Step Wonder Gel

*Product Purchased Myself

Hey guys!

I am back today to show you a lovely color from one of Wet n Wild's newer product lines, One Step Wonder Gel.

This new polish line from them is supposed to be one step, not requiring any top coat or uv lamp to cure the polish.

The color that I have up to show you guys is called Bye Feluschia!. This is a metallic magenta. I did three coats by itself.

While I have seen colors like this before, I really like this color. I didn't test the wear on this polish, but it felt like it was gonna last for a while. If it lasted longer than a day for me, I would have called it a win cause I have such weak nails that nothing lasts.

I love polishes that help save a step and save money, especially from having to buy equipment to have to cure the gel polish. A lot of the time these types of money and time saving polishes are a fail for me, but I feel like this one could be a winner. I will have to try this again for an extended amount of time and let you guys know how it goes.

Well, that's all I have for you guys for now. I will talk to you all later, bye.

Leesha's Lacquer Minis: Glitter and Shifters

*Products Sent to Me

Hey guys!

I am back today with some more lovely Leesha's Lacquer minis. This time, these ones are a mixture of glitter and shifters. When I say shifters, I mean ones that flash a different color depending on the light.

Here are all of the ones I have up to show you guys today:

All of these are one of a kinds, so they don't have any names.

First up is surprisingly my favorite of the bunch, and I usually don't care for orange. This is an orange glitter with a pink shift. I did three coats by itself.

Second up, this one is lovely red with a wonderful light green glitter shift. It doesn't translate well in the picture, but take my word for it. I did three coats by itself.

Next, this one is a popular color for Leesha's Lacquer. It is a night medium blue, with a lighter blue glitter shift in the bottle. I love how bold this color appears on the nail. I did three coats by itself.

This next one is different than the rest. This is a purple glitter holo. It is very dark. The holo in this polish is very prominent. If you love holo polishes and are into darker colors, I definitely recommend this one. I did three coats by itself.

Fifth up, this one is the darkest of the group. This one is black with a prominent purple shift. At this point my middle finger nail kept breaking, but I couldn't wait too long for it to grow back, so I am sorry for how it looks here. I did three coats by itself.

This is the last one that I have for you guys. This one is the sheerest of the bunch, but in my opinion has the most going on with it. It is a frosty white topper filled with pink micro holo and micro black flakies. I did three coats by itself. I really love the flakies in this one, it makes this color so much fun. I think this one be great over pink or purple or even blue.

How did you guys enjoy this batch of Leesha's Lacquers? I hope you all loved them. For those that won prizes in my giveaway, your prizes will be heading out to you guys very soon, so keep an eye out!

Next up, I take a break from all of the Leesha's Lacquers and will have some Wet n Wild for you guys.

That's all I have for you guys for now, I will talk to you all later. Bye!

Sally Hansen and Rimmel: New Summer Offerings!

*Products Sent to Me

Hey guys!

I am back today with a great post, coming to you from Sally Hansen and Rimmel.

I was sent some lovely new products from the makers of the two above brands, and I would love to show you guys.

One is a nail polish, and the other is a face tint.

The first product, show on the left, is Rimmel London's #InstaFLAWLESS, perfecting radiant skin tint. This is in the shade 006 light medium. I have no pics of what this looked like on me.

This product, in my honest opinion, did nothing for my skin. I put on a decent amount, three or four dime sizes all over my face and neck. Generally, I have oily skin, but nothing too, too bad. This product, it made my skin look more greasy and felt greasy and sticky on and to the touch. As for it making my skin flawless as the name suggests, it does the opposite.

On the back of this product, it states that it provides a natural radiant glow and erases signs of fatigue. It leaves skin hydrated for up to 24hrs while helping to brighten your skin tone. Maybe the greasy look and feel I was getting was moisturization and a glow, but it was too much for me. While this may be a good product for other people, this product doesn't do it for me.

The next two products I have to show you and talk about are Sally Hansen's Color Therapy in Slicks and Stones and the line's top coat. This line is infused with argan oil for healthier nails and the color is supposed to last longer.

This is a dark purple metallic with tons of gold shifting glitter throughout. I did two coats with the top coat.

The glitter in the light appears medium purple instead of gold. Application was great, it went on really well and I had minimal cleanup. The top coat, I didn't test for wear but it went on nicely and was shiny, but to me it wasn't anything super special. If I left it on for a day, then I could probably tell you guys more how it performs.

As far as the color doing anything for my nails, even for the short time I left it on, I am still iffy. Right after I took it off my nails peeled. It says it should provide instant moisture. In my opinion, I don't think it does. My nails were still brittle.

In my opinion, the jury is out for this doing anything special for my nails. Maybe it takes long term wear to see any effects, but for me it is just a normal nail polish. The color is super pretty though. It says on their website that 9 out of 10 women had noticeable improvement in their nails after wearing it, so we will see when I next wear it for an extended period of time if it does what it says.

Well, that's all I have for you guys for now. I will talk to you all later, bye.

Mini Metallic Leesha's Lacquer

*Products Sent to Me

Hey guys!

I am back today with some more Leesha's Lacquer.

This time, I have mini polishes to show you all, and these are all holo metallic colors.

Here is a preview of the lovelies I have up for you.

A couple of them this time had application issues, and I will point out which ones and why in a bit. Now, let's get to the lovely colors.

First up, this one is called Enchanted. This is one of three that I will show you that had a label on the bottle, and one of two that actually had a polish name. It is a super sheer frosty lavender. I did three coats by itself.

This is a very sheer color, but I really like it. This is very lovely for the winter, it reminds me of Frozen. There were no application issues here, it went on really smoothly.

Next up, this one is called Nosy Be Chameleon. This is the only other one of the bunch that has a name. From here on out, the rest are no names. It is a burnt red/copper with micro light blue shimmer/holo. I did three coats by itself.

This one went on great. It dried a little gritty, so not sure if it is a texture or it dried funny, but either way I liked the texture and finish. I love how shiny it is, it reminds me of a penny.

Next, this one has no name. It is a dark, sepia-tone brown, filled with scattered holo. I did three coats by itself.

Application on this was terrible. It could be that because of the hot weather here in Hawaii, it got clumpy fast, or cause it was sitting next to my computer for a little bit, but it went on super clumpy and I had a hard time getting it to even out. The finishing look is the best I could do.

The fourth one I have to show you is very similar to Nosy Be Chameleon. It is a bronze/copper with micro blue holo and red flakies. This one is a bit darker and less red than the other. I did three coats by itself.

Application was great. I really like this color. The red flakes look green in the light, and makes this color look like grass and dirt. Not in a bad way, I mean it reminds me of the earth.

Next up, these three are bright and fun colors. This one is a thick, metallic, egg yolk yellow with gold holo shimmer throughout. I did three coats of this by itself.

This one was a little difficult to apply, and was streaky, but nothing too over the top. I think this is such a fun color for spring and summer. It would go great with a mint green or mint blue.

This next one is my favorite of the bunch. This is a bright magenta pink filled with holo. I did three coats by itself.

This color reminds me of another color of Leesha Lacquer that I recently swatched, Strawberry Daiquiri. Only thing is, this color is bright and medium pink, as where Strawberry Daiquiri is a darker pink.

Last up, this one is a medium lilac filled with holo shimmer. I did three coats by itself. This one has the strongest holo out of all of the colors I have shown you.

For those of you that still are huge into holo polishes, I think this one is for you. Lots of holo shimmer, I really like this color. This color is great for the spring. Leesha's Lacquer sure does pastels really well. This one went on great, there were no problems in application.

Which ones did you guys enjoy? Did you enjoy more of the darker colors? Or are you more of a fan of the spring, pastel ones? Let me know in the comments!

Well, that is all that I have for you guys for now. I will talk to you all later, bye!
