Covergirl Outlast Stay Brilliant in Reliable Red

*Product Purchased Myself

Hey guys!

I am back today with a pretty polish I picked up today that I want to show you guys. Sorry, not part three of my Model's Own posts, but that will come this week, don't worry.

I went to Ross today and sometimes there, they have like a random one or two Covergirl polishes. I found one there today, and it was a color that I really liked.

This color, from Covergirl Outlast: Stay Brilliant is called Reliable Red. Don't let the name fool you, this polish is a really pretty deep, but also bright, pink. I only had to do one coat for this swatch. It is very rich and covered plenty enough for my liking in that one coat. Application was fantastic too, not much cleanup needed, at least for my left hand. I did an accent nail of Maybelline Color Show in I Got You Beige. (I love the name's play on I Got You Babe by Sonny and Cher, I am a big old music fan.) On this hand I needed only two coats of it, on my other hand where I was too thin with the coats, four was needed. Weird, right?

I know a lot of you here are over mainstream polishes, but I still love to pick them up all the time. A lot still interest me, because I love a good shimmer or duochrome polish and I can find those a lot in mainstreams. I have no way to buy anything online, so that makes buying mainstreams easy.

I picked up Covergirl Outlast Stay Brilliant in Reliable Red for only $1.40. I think that's a steal when these polishes retail between $5 and $6 in stores.

Well, that's all I have for you guys for now. I hope you enjoyed my little post! I'll talk to you all later, bye!

Model's Own Diamond Luxe Collection: Part 2 of 3

*Products Won in Giveaway

Hey guys!

I am back today with part two of the three part Model's Own Diamond Luxe Collection posts. These ones I loved a lot, and I hope you guys love them too.

Here is a preview of all of the polishes together!

The first one that I have to show you is called Pear Purple. This is a lavender shimmer. I did two coats by itself, but you can get away with just one coat. Application was fantastic!

Next up, this one is called Radiant Pink. This is a neon pink shimmer. My camera hates bright colors and neons, so this is the best shot I could get. I did two coats by itself. Application was great. Out of all of the colors in this collection I have tried so far, this one is the most sheer, but not too bad.

Last up, this one is called Princess Pink. This is a light, baby pink shimmer. I did two coats by itself. Application again was great, just like all of them up to this point. This one is actually a touch darker in person, but not by much.

Still very impressed with these polishes, this collection, and this brand. Their polishes in my opinion are very high quality and have a big color payoff with less polish on the nail.

Well, that's all I have for you guys for now. Hopefully by the end of the week I can get the last part of the collection out for you guys.

I'll talk to you all later, bye!

Model's Own Diamond Luxe Collection: Part 1 of 3

*Products Won in Giveaway

Hey guys!

I am back today with the first part of three parts of a collection I mentioned I would show you guys on my Facebook page.

I won a giveaway in November from All Lacquered Up, and the prize was the Diamond Luxe set from Model's Own. Issues arose with the prize not coming, and after a month and a half, she was able to get the prize shipped to me and now I have it here for you guys to feast your eyes on.

I am not one who is able to swatch 10 polishes in one day, after two or three I tire out, so I figured I'd just break this up into three parts and show you a little bit at a time.

This is a preview of part 1:

The first one that I have up to show you is called Heart Red. This is a nice fiery orange red with lots of gold shimmer. I did two coats by itself. Application was fantastic.

Next up, this one is called Marquise Maroon. This is a dark redish-pink, packed with shimmer. I did two coats again by itself. Application again was fantastic!

Last up, this one is my favorite so far. This is called Oval Plum. It is a nice fuchsia packed with lots of shimmer. I did one coat by itself. This is a very rich color, so just one coat is needed unless you are very light handed. Application was fantastic.

So far, I am loving these polishes. They go on great, have a great color payoff, and I just love the shimmer packed into each and every one. I suggest you guys pick some of these up. Prices and where to buy will be at the end of part 3, so stay tuned.

That's all I have for you guys for now. I will talk to you all later, bye!

Sally Hansen Diamond Strength Lavender Marquis

*Product Purchased By Me

Hey guys!

Today I have a lovely little color to show you guys, from your great friends at Sally Hansen.

This comes from their Diamond Strength line. It is called Lavender Marquis. This is a sheer light pinky-lavender. I did four coats because it was so sheer. On top of all of my nails, I put Revlon Heavenly. It is a milky yellow glitter topper with small and medium hex shifter glitters.

I didn't know that after I took the photo, I had a nice piece of hair under the polish on my pinkie nail. Sorry about that guys!

Sally Hansen Diamond Strength polishes can be found anywhere polish is sold just about, and usually goes for $4.99.

Well, that's all I have for you guys for now. I'll talk to you all later, bye!
